Job Summary

Ability to proactively develop customer relationships by listening, understanding and designing solutions to address customer needs

1. Understanding customer needs through direct engagement, workshops, presentations, and other means
2. Utilize in-depth knowledge of DOTS specific products, services, and Partner solutions in order to address the technical needs of customers. Key to understand the full integration of the solution (IOT, networking, visualization, follow-up actions)
3. Prepare technical designs, proposals including costing
4. Support CTO with proof-of concept activities
5. Assist and guide in delivery of solutions

Executes tactical action plans as set by management team. Must possess a thorough understanding of the technology and broad understanding of the associated development tools.  Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in designing complex IT solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

	%TIME
Integrate solutions based on understanding customer needs and developing solutions (and Proof of Concepts) using DOTS and Partners offerings;	30%
Full and up-to-date understanding of Partner solutions relating to IOT devices, networking and visualization; Obtain partner certification where required	30%
Assist in delivery of the solution focused on scope of deliverables as per contract and ensure quality standards are met	30%
Conduct technical sales and marketing presentations and assisting in updating marketing materials.	10%

 

Qualifications:

Required

• 3 – 5 Years experience designing customer solutions in the IT Industry
• S1 in Computer Science, IT or Electrical Engineering
• Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English both writing and conversational
• CCNA (Cisco) certification (preferred)

• Self-starter and willing to learn
• Team player
• Adaptable to adjust in fast paced environment
